Job Description: As the Executive Business Support to the South region Group Account Director (GAD) at JLL, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment. Your resourcefulness, proactive nature, and ability to thrive in an innovative environment will be key to your success. You will be responsible for managing complex executive calendars, organizing high-stakes meetings, and providing essential support for strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-level executive support to the GAD, ensuring seamless daily operations. - Coordinate complex calendar management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prepare, edit, and manage communication materials, reports, and presentations with utmost confidentiality and professionalism. - Gather and analyze data to prepare detailed reports. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, promoting inclusivity and belonging. - Assist in special projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and drive efficiency. - Support event planning and execution, ensuring high standards of excellence in logistics. - Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, upholding the JLL brand and values. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a fast-paced, complex environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism in all interactions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technology tools. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. - Strong problem-solving skills and proactive anticipation of needs. - Collaborative mindset to contribute to a culture of empowerment and thriving.
