Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling Making calls to new and existing customers to introduce products/services, follow up on leads, and close sales. Customer Interaction Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Lead Generation Identifying potential customers through research or provided lead lists. Sales Process Following up with prospects through the sales process, which may include sending quotes, scheduling appointments, or assisting in the final sale. Record-Keeping Maintaining accurate records of interactions, sales activity, and customer feedback in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Target Achievement Meeting sales targets or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the team or company. Customer Support Answering questions or resolving issues for clients as part of the sales process.
