As an Executive Business Administrator at Microsoft Power Platform, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global team by providing strategic calendar management, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, managing travel logistics, and overseeing various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, ability to prioritize effectively, and strong communication skills will be key in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Calendar Management and Meeting Logistics:** - Provide strategic calendar management, prioritize meetings, and resolve conflicts efficiently. - Lead decision-making processes in partnership with stakeholders and peers. - Represent Microsoft to internal and external executives with professionalism and discretion. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication:** - Collaborate with internal and external networks to support the executive leader's work. - Drive collaboration and communication across multiple workstreams within the executive office. - Act as an extension of the manager/teams brand and Microsoft's core values through effective communication. - **Travel Management:** - Oversee all travel logistics for executives, including preparation and expense reconciliation. - Drive proactive communication ahead of travel and ensure compliance with travel policies. - Manage required documents for international travel and enforce travel policies and expectations. - **Other Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and provide logistical support for meetings/events. - Assist with space management and high-profile projects. - Manage team equipment and ensure compliance with administrative operations policies. **Qualifications:** - 3+ years of administrative and project management experience supporting senior leaders. - Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to maintain confidential information and work independently. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances. - Sound judgment, professionalism, and ability to work well in a team environment. **Additional Or Preferred Qualifications:** - Timely delivery of work with a strong sense of accountability. - Experience with global teams and cultural awareness. - Ownership of mistakes and proactive problem-solving. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Employee Central, ICIMS, OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams.,
