Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Manage CMD s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • - Organize meetings, draft agenda, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • - Maintain confidential records and files related to hospital and educational operations.
  • - Draft professional correspondence (emails, memos, reports) for CMD s review and approval.
  • - Act as a communication bridge between CMD, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • - Prepare executive briefs and summaries of reports, proposals, and project updates for CMD s decision-making.
  • Content Writing & Documentation
  • - Draft reports, proposals, presentations, and official communication.
  • - Create academic content for IELTS and English language training.
  • - Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with institutional standards in all documentation.
  • - Maintain a structured repository of policies, contracts, and communication records.
  • International Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
  • - Manage communication with international institutions and partners regarding student programs, training, and collaborations.
  • - Draft and review documents for affiliations, MoUs, and placement opportunities.
  • - Ensure professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all international communications.
  • AI Research & Digital Transformation
  • - Conduct ongoing research on emerging AI tools, apps, and platforms relevant to HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Education, and Healthcare.
  • - Prepare feasibility studies and structured recommendations for AI adoption.
  • - Liaise with IT teams and external vendors to evaluate and implement AI-based solutions.
  • - Track and report on the impact of AI implementations (efficiency, cost savings, automation).
  • - Support HR in AI-driven recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management systems.
  • Event & Project Management
  • - Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • - Ensure smooth execution of cross-departmental projects under CMD s directives.
  • - Track project milestones and report progress to CMD.
  • Other Duties
  • - Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by higher authorities.
