Screen for eye diseases (e.g., Glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy). Perform advanced techniques like cycloplegic refraction, fogging, and JCC. Use refraction tools: autorefractors, retinoscopes, phoropters, trial lens sets. Refer eligible patients to Lasik counselling department. 3. Patient Management & Treatment Offer treatments like vision therapy and low-vision rehab. Provide pre- and post-operative eye care. Accurately record all findings and procedures in EMR/registers. 4. Training & Administration Train interns and BSc students in clinical procedures. Maintain attendance and leave records for students. Allocate monthly postings for MSc candidates. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss issues and improvements. Deliver lectures to BSc Optometry students. Additional duties 1.
