Job Summary The IELTS Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training to students preparing for the IELTS examination. The role includes teaching all modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking), assessing student progress, creating lesson plans, and helping students achieve their desired band scores. Key Responsibilities Conduct IELTS classes (Academic & General) for individuals or groups. Plan and prepare lesson materials in line with IELTS standards. Provide personalized feedback on student performance, especially writing and speaking tasks. Monitor student progress and maintain records. Conduct mock tests and evaluate results. Develop practice materials and strategies to improve student performance. Stay updated with IELTS exam patterns and requirements. Motivate and guide students to achieve their desired band score. Participate in workshops or training sessions related to English language teaching or IELTS updates. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in English, Education, or a related field. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IELTS training or English language teaching. Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken). Familiarity with the IELTS exam format and scoring system. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage students of different levels. Preferred Skills IELTS Band Score of 8 or above (if applicable). Experience in online and offline teaching. Ability to use digital tools and learning platforms effectively. Knowledge of other standardized English tests (e.g., TOEFL, PTE) is a plus.
