Job Description

The Call Center Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently to ensure excellent customer service. They serve as the first point of contact for patients/customers, assisting with inquiries, appointments, follow-ups, complaints, and service information, while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude. Key Responsibilities : Handle incoming calls from customers/patients and resolve their queries effectively. Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments, feedback, or service reminders. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as requested. Maintain and update patient/customer information accurately in the system. Provide information about services, doctors availability, facilities, or promotions. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department and ensure follow-up. Maintain call logs and prepare reports as required. Meet daily and monthly call volume and customer satisfaction targets. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for call handling and documentation. Ensure confidentiality and data security standards are maintained. Any other work assigned by higher authorities
