Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Call Center Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound customer calls, providing professional customer support, offering accurate information about services, and addressing client inquiries with empathy and efficiency. The Call Center Executive will also play a key role in promoting company services and meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and understanding client needs to ensure a pleasant and efficient experience for all users.
• Excellent Communication skills to handle phone calls professionally and resolve client inquiries effectively.
• Ability to perform in Contact Center environments, managing multiple calls while maintaining high service standards.
• Some experience or interest in Sales to promote company services and achieve performance targets.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, a client-focused approach, and multitasking abilities to navigate various customer scenarios.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language proficiency in regional languages is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
