Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an highly motivated trainer for IELTS. The instructor will deliver engaging training sessions to students preparing for the IELTS exam, develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to varying proficiency levels, and monitor learners’ progress to provide individualized feedback. Additional responsibilities include preparing course materials, assessing student performance, and ensuring their readiness to achieve desired scores. The role involves collaborating within a professional team to maintain a high standard of instruction. For freshers, training will be provided. Qualifications Proficiency in English Teaching and proven expertise in Teaching English as a Foreign Language Strong ability in Lesson Planning and delivering structured instructional content Experience with IELTS preparation and familiarity with exam patterns and scoring criteria is preferred, not mandatory. Excellent communication and classroom management skills Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred Certification in teaching English (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) may be an advantage Passion for teaching and empowering students to achieve success
