Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome walk-in clients, visitors, and students. Handle incoming calls, messages professionally and direct them appropriately. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Schedule and manage appointments and follow-ups with counselors. Administrative Support: Maintain and update student records and documentation. Assist counselors in application processing, data entry, and visa documentation. Follow up with students for payments for coaching classes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Work Experience on a role of Front desk or foreign education domain is preffered. Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the IELTS test format and student needs. Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses through regular mock tests and feedback sessions. Maintain student performance records and share progress updates with counselors or management. Develop and update study materials, practice exercises, and mock tests as per the latest IELTS trends. Motivate and mentor students to achieve their target band scores. Stay updated with IELTS exam patterns, scoring criteria, and British Council/IDP updates. Support in conducting demo sessions, workshops, and promotional seminars when required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English / Education / Communication or any related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in IELTS teaching or English language training Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written). Familiarity with IELTS scoring system and strategies.
