Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can juggle multiple responsibilities, and acts with discretion, initiative, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistance

  • Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules for CEO/COO
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Follow up on action items, tasks, and internal communications on behalf of leadership
  • Assist in planning investor, client, or partner meetings/events

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Support HR/admin functions like onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination
  • Manage facility-related tasks – cleanliness, utilities, repair, and compliance
  • Coordinate internal events, meetings, and celebrations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin, or Office Manager
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Comfortable with GSuite, Zoom, and other digital tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a manufacturing/export-based company or startup environment
  • Exposure to HR or basic finance tasks

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
