Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: • Manage all scheduling for the company co-founder • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the company Co-Founder • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings • Answer and respond to phone calls, and communicate messages and information. • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary • Coordinate travel arrangements • Maintain various records and documents for the company. Skills and Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree • Should have 2 years of experience • Time-management skills • Ability to pay attention to detail • Organization skills • Ability to multitask • Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT, etc. • Interpersonal skills Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Onsite) Show more Show less
