V-Trans (India) Ltd provides single-window logistics solutions and has over six decades of experience in the industry. The company has evolved from traditional transport to a national logistics solution provider with three business verticals: V Trans, V Xpress, and V Logis. These verticals cover surface transport, multimodal express cargo movement, and warehousing & 3PL services. V-Trans aims to solve business problems for clients, acting as a business partner rather than just a logistics service provider.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, handling expense reports, and offering executive support. The day-to-day tasks include managing calendars, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, preparing reports, and performing other administrative duties necessary to support executive functions.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
Experience in handling Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
Strong Communication skills
Ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
