• Preparing AP Plant Performance MIS
• Support in arriving Policy Objectives for plant and Functions during
PD (Policy Deployment) & DWM (Daily Work Management) exercise
• Preparing yearly plant reflection
• Preparing for Mid-Year & Annual Reviews
• Preparing presentation for top management reviews
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and
organizing logistics as and when required
• Managing the Unit Head calendar, including making appointments
and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Driving and supporting organizations Digitalization projects.
