Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in a fast-paced automobile industry environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative, strategic, and confidential responsibilities, enabling the MD to focus on high-level leadership and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

· Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

· Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

· Organize internal and external meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

· Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents.

Operational Coordination

· Liaise with senior management, department heads, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

· Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and business reports.

· Coordinate with supply chain, production, marketing, and sales teams as needed.

· Manage special projects and support strategic initiatives from planning to execution.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

· Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

· Prepare executive summaries, briefing notes, and communication for the MD.

· Build relationships across departments to support seamless operations.

Travel & Logistics

· Organize national and international travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements.

· Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred).

· Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Discretion and confidentiality are a must.

· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

· Male candidate required

· Knowledge of the automobile industry and related terminology.

· Experience working with senior-level executives.

· High emotional intelligence and professionalism.

· Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
