Job Description

Position Overview

a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant cum Secretary

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support

    : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including Personal Assistance, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management

    : Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and draft communications as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination

    : Organize and prepare agendas for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Document Management

    : Maintain an organized filing system for important documents, contracts, and reports. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Project Assistance

    : Assist the MD with special projects as required, conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making processes.
  • Office Management

    : Oversee office supplies inventory, liaise with vendors, and ensure that the office operates smoothly.
  • Event Planning

    : Coordinate company events, conferences, and team-building activities as directed by the MD.

Qualifications

  • Education

    : Any Bachelors degree,

    Engineering - BE/B.Tech (Preferred)

    from a recognized institution.
  • Certification

    : Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Experience

    : Minimum of

    05 years of experience

    as a secretary or in an administrative role supporting senior management, previous experience

    in Infrastructure and construction Company shall be preferred.

  • Technical Skills

    : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (

    Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    ) and other relevant software. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Communication Skills

    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
  • Organizational Skills

    : Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Discretion

    : High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
