Were hiring for Corporate Travel Desk Executive for one of the leading Development and Construction Company. Location: Head Office - Agra Uttar Pradesh, India Experience: 01 to 07 years Department : Admin Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent Qualification Required : Any Graduate/ PG Industry Type : Infrastructure Development and construction Job Responsibilities: Overseeing travel plans and end to end arrangements. Making itineraries & managing expenses and the travel budget. Identifying vendors and Suppliers. Travel Insurance carrier. Arranging visitors’ accommodation. To handle the queries of corporate clients related to issuance & booking of Tickets (Railway, Flights, Hotel, Airport transfer) over the call or through mails. Analysing and maintaining the database. Travel and record management. Assessing employee travel risk. Negotiate contracts with travel service providers. Should have knowledge of reimbursement process. Include all other travel desk responsibilities. Job Requirements and Skills: Should have good computer proficiency in- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Should have good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage. Salary: As per the company norms, best in the industry.
