Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless guest experience by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and addressing concerns with empathy.
  • Manage front office operations efficiently, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and billing.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure smooth facility management and maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate effective communication among team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field (facility management).
  • Graduation is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of GRE (Guest Relationship Execution), Guest Handling, Guest Service, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Administration Management.
  • Excellent communication skills for handling guests from diverse backgrounds; ability to work effectively under pressure.
