Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure seamless guest experience by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and addressing concerns with empathy.
Manage front office operations efficiently, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and billing.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure smooth facility management and maintenance.
Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate effective communication among team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field (facility management).
Graduation is a must.
Strong knowledge of GRE (Guest Relationship Execution), Guest Handling, Guest Service, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Administration Management.
Excellent communication skills for handling guests from diverse backgrounds; ability to work effectively under pressure.
