Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings for senior leadership.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action points.
  • Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Act as the first point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Maintain and update customer databases and ensure accuracy in CRM platforms.
  • Monitor client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups for strong engagement.
  • Support customer loyalty programs, special campaigns, and personalized communications.
  • Generate reports on client engagement, repeat purchases, and retention trends.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a bridge between senior management, sales, marketing, and client servicing teams.
  • Assist in planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and VIP customer engagements.
  • Track customer feedback and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and task execution.

4. Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for management.
  • Support data analysis related to sales, customer retention, and business growth.
  • Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the executive office.
