Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Surat. The Executive Assistant will perform day-to-day tasks such as managing the executive's diary, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling communications. Additionally, the role involves providing executive administrative support, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Executive Support and Diary Management skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
