Job Description

Position: Executive Assistant to MD (Male)
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 5-6 years in a similar role
Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director (MD) and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate the MD’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for management meetings.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle matters with discretion.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth flow of information and timely completion of tasks.
Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Track and follow up on pending work, commitments, and deadlines.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for the MD.
Support in strategic projects and business initiatives as directed by the MD.
Represent the MD in meetings when required.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent typing speed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Remuneration:

As per industry standards and candidate’s experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
