Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary coordination point

  between the MD and all teams (Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance).
• Track tasks, follow-ups, and project deadlines — ensure daily accountability.
• Draft emails, minutes of meetings, and weekly reports.
• Maintain confidential documents, vendor lists, contracts, and dashboards.
• Support scheduling, travel, and meetings (internal + developer/client).
• Review presentations, proposals, and ensure quality control before submission.
• Handle ad-hoc research, MIS, and communication with Dubai HQ when required.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–6 years’ experience supporting CXO-level or senior management.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus).
• Tech-savvy — Google Sheets, Docs, CRM, WhatsApp Web, and basic Canva.
• Works well under pressure and understands confidentiality.
• Real-estate or sales-driven company experience preferred.
