Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors across target regions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and understand market trends. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery. Maintain accurate sales data and prepare daily/weekly reports for management. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and distributor events to represent Florida Hometex. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product improvements, and pricing strategies. Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred; BBA desirable; graduation mandatory). Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably in textiles, FMCG, or consumer products. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi . Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude. Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools. Willingness to travel frequently within Punjab and nearby regions.
