Executive Assistant To Leadership

We are looking for a smart, confident and highly organized Executive Assistant to work closely with our leadership. This is a high-visibility role requiring someone with integrity, discretion, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive and observant, capable of keeping a pulse on floor operations and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively Managing Calendar providing availability to the team and other HOD's.
• Managed and facilitated weekly Delivery Service Team meetings; prepared detailed MOMs and tracked action items to ensure accountability.
• Compiled and delivered comprehensive Monthly Management Reports by coordinating with managers across multiple teams.
• Maintaining new joiner records and facilitated introductory calls with the MD for smooth onboarding.
• Providing strategic administrative support to the MD and VP, managing complex calendars and high-priority scheduling.

Skills Required:

• 2 years as an EA to senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
• Absolute discretion in handling confidential information.
• Smart, confident, and approachable personality with the ability to command respect and build trust across all levels.
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and cross-functional operations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and build rapport effortlessly.
