Job Description

Looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to support our General Manager in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with precision and attention to detail.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the General Manager.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
