Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our General Manager at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required by the General Manager.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail is needed, along with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
Discretion and confidentiality are key requirements for this position.
