Job Description

As an Executive Assistant at Raise, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Founders. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their EA career who are exceptionally organized, proactive, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. By working closely with seasoned professionals, you will gain valuable insights into the inner workings of a dynamic organization like ours. Your primary responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating calendars and meetings, handling travel arrangements, and supporting day-to-day operations. You will serve as the go-to person for scheduling and assisting the Founders in maintaining efficiency and organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively. - Organize travel logistics, including accommodations and itineraries. - Track expenses, prepare reports, and assist with reimbursements. - Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and events. - Aid in communication and follow-ups on behalf of the Founders. - Provide general administrative support as required. We are looking for candidates who: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Have 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role. - Are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability. - Can multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting. - Uphold discretion and professionalism in all interactions. - Are approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic learners.
