JOB DESCRIPTION – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO FOUNDER (CA KARAN GUPTA)
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally smart individual to step into the role of Executive Assistant to CA Karan Gupta. This is more than a standard EA position; it is an apprenticeship in high-stakes, multi-disciplinary entrepreneurship, serving as a critical operational partner across a diverse portfolio.
The Founder manages a prominent Chartered Accountancy practice, an AI & technology consulting firm (Teknosage Innovation Private Limited), high-impact community projects (The Secret Society), and multiple brand ventures.
This role is ideal for a future leader who thrives on coordination, strategic communication, and efficient organization. You will act as the immediate point of contact to Founder, becoming the central nervous system that ensures smooth daily execution across all ventures and directly enabling the Founder to focus exclusively on strategic, high-impact growth initiatives. Success in this role offers unparalleled exposure to the intersection of finance, technology, and community building.
Key Responsibilities1. Founder Support & Daily Coordination
- Manage and prioritise the Founder’s daily schedule, appointments, calls, and meetings.
- Prepare daily agenda, reminders, and follow-up lists.
- Handle travel planning, event coordination, and logistics.
2. Communication & Follow-ups
- Draft professional emails, messages, and communication notes.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal team members, and external partners.
- Ensure timely follow-up on ongoing tasks, deadlines, and projects.
3. Operations & Team Coordination
- Track progress of CA firm tasks (GST, audit, compliance work, documentation).
- Coordinate with operations staff and trainees to ensure task completion.
- Maintain and update checklists, SOP trackers, and project status sheets.
4. Documentation & Administration
- Organise and maintain digital and physical files.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for ongoing work.
- Manage Google Drive, project folders, and document flow.
5. Project & Business Support
- Assist in coordination of ERP projects, automation tasks, and technology workflows.
- Support event planning for community activities and workshops.
- Help with basic research, data gathering, and content-related tasks.
6. Personal Assistance
- Manage personal appointments, reminders, and general administrative tasks.
- Handle small tasks such as bookings, purchases, and vendor coordination.
