• Be the Founder’s force multiplier - own time, context, and priorities so focus stays on what truly moves the needle
• Bring order to chaos by managing calendars, travel, and key communications seamlessly while keeping the engine running
• Pre-empt bottlenecks before they appear - remove noise before it hits the radar
• Manage communications and sensitive information with absolute discretion and judgment
• Keep promises real - bring structure, follow-through, and accountability to fast-moving conversations

What you bring to the table

• 10-20 years of experience supporting founders or CXOs in high-velocity, high-ambiguity environments
• Sharp communication - you can turn chaos into crisp context
• Bias for action - you don’t wait for instructions; you anticipate them
• Emotional intelligence, discretion, and maturity - you’ll be trusted with a lot
• Comfort with modern tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) and managing across time zones
• Above all, a calm head, relentless ownership, and the instinct to solve, not just assist
