Job Description

As an Executive Assistant to the Founder & Director of Sohum Global Education, Indian School of Purpose & Impact (ISPI), Blue Ocean Education Consulting, and Edjustice Foundation, you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with a Harvard-educated leader driving high-impact educational and social transformation programs across India. Your role will involve supporting the Founder in strategy execution, program management, communications, and stakeholder engagement across multiple organizations. To excel in this position, you will need agility, maturity, strong ownership, and exceptional communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Support:** Work closely with the Founder to translate vision into actionable plans and drive timely execution. - **Program Coordination:** Manage key initiatives across ISPI, Blue Ocean, Edjustice Foundation, and public engagements ensuring alignment, timelines, and quality delivery. - **Leadership Assistance:** Represent the Founder in meetings, events, and communications when required; draft correspondence, speeches, presentations, and reports. - **Stakeholder Management:** Liaise with internal teams, school/university partners, donors, and collaborators across India and abroad. - **Research & Analysis:** Conduct background research, prepare briefs, and contribute ideas for new programs and collaborations. - **Operational Excellence:** Oversee daily schedules, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth coordination across projects. **Qualification Required:** - **Education:** Bachelors and Masters degree (preferably in Social Sciences, Education, Management, or related fields). - **Experience:** 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in leadership support, program management, consulting, or education/social impact organizations. - **Skills & Attributes:** - Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Hindi). - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - High degree of initiative, discretion, and ownership. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Passion for education, leadership, and social impact. In this role, you will be expected to work 100% on-site at Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi with occasional travel for events and program coordination.
