• We are looking for a full-time, proactive, and organized individual to join as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day professional and administrative operations, manage communications, and assist in maintaining brand presence and growth.

Year of Experience : Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred

Key Responsibility :

• Manage calls, emails, appointments, and meetings efficiently
• Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth daily workflow
• Handle personal and professional brand management tasks
• Assist in business development, client relationship management (CRM), and marketing coordination
• Create and edit basic content using Canva and video editing tools
• Support social media management and engagement
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
• Fast learner with a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Qualification : Graduation
