We are urgently looking for an Executive Assistant to the Director for our Poly Packaging (E-commerce) division.

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years (preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or e-commerce industry)
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred
• Salary: As per experience
• Facilities: PF, ESIC, Bonus, and other benefits

Job Description:

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel plans, and daily schedules.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials.
• Follow up with internal departments for production, dispatch, and client requirements.
• Manage confidential business correspondence and documentation.
• Support the Director in client coordination, project tracking, and performance reports.
• Handle vendor and client communications for B2B and e-commerce packaging operations.
• Maintain MIS reports, sales tracking, and operational updates.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
