Executive Assistant to Director

Job Summary: You will be responsible for providing proactive and organized support to the Executive Director at Ayurvedic Medical College, Hospital, and Research Centre in Dodballapura - Bengaluru. Your main tasks will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. This role demands discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with confidential information. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Executive Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements - Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items - Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Executive Director - Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access to important documents - Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with presentations as needed - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and professional relationships - Assist with special projects and events as directed by the Executive Director - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and office organization Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Proven 3 to 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund,
