Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to Director at I.EVO. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, providing executive support, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Roles & Responsibility :

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements for the Director
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director
• Draft and proofread emails, letters, and business communication.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and clients for strategic collaborations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate reports.
• Develop dashboards, charts, and performance reports for senior management.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven insights.
• Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to present data efficiently.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in reporting processes.
