Role Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendar and diary scheduling, prepare and process expense reports, and provide administrative support to the CEO. Daily responsibilities include handling confidential correspondence, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring effective communication within and outside the organization. Additional tasks may include managing travel arrangements and assisting with strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support daily operations effectively
• Proficiency in Executive Support and managing Expense Reports with accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent Diary Management skills for scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management capabilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Professional demeanor and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is required
• Previous experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field are advantageous
