Role Overview

As the Executive Assistant to the CTO & Co-Founder, you’ll be the strategic right hand to one of Enterpret’s most critical leaders. This isn’t a traditional support role—it’s an opportunity to directly amplify the impact of the CTO by driving clarity, operational excellence, and execution across engineering and cross-functional priorities.

You’ll act as an execution partner, communication bridge, and systems thinker—helping streamline how the organization plans, decides, and delivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alignment by organising priorities, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring decisions turn into action.
• Handle travel planning, logistics, and administrative operations with precision and confidentiality.
• Support strategic projects across engineering and company initiatives—own follow-ups, track progress, and ensure execution.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, simplifying workflows, and building scalable processes.
• Coordinate engineering cadences, OKRs, and deliverable tracking, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Act as a liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Draft and refine presentations, reports, and communications for leadership meetings and company updates.
• Manage vendor relationships, office operations, and event logistics that keep the organization running smoothly.
• Plan and execute team events, offsites, and key meetings that reinforce Enterpret’s culture and connection.
• Tackle ad-hoc challenges with speed, ownership, and sound judgment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience & Execution:

  2+ years

  in an EA, Chief of Staff, or operational role with a track record of independently owning key initiatives.
• Agency & Adaptability: Proactive operator who thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs, and keeps things moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication & Judgment: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and make sound decisions.
