Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CMD will act as a strategic and operational support partner to the Chairman & Managing Director. The role requires absolute confidentiality, strong judgment, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage high-level communication, schedules, and sensitive corporate matters across group companies.

Key Responsibilities1. CMD Office Management

  • Manage CMD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Act as the primary point of contact between CMD and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prioritize communications, emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Ensure smooth daily functioning of the CMD’s office

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate with senior leadership, department heads, and project teams
  • Represent CMD in meetings when required and track action items
  • Follow up on key decisions and ensure timely execution

3. Confidential & Strategic Support

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Assist CMD in strategic planning, reviews, and leadership meetings
  • Prepare briefing notes, MIS summaries, and decision-support documents
  • Maintain records of key discussions and directives

4. Meeting & Travel Management

  • Organize board meetings, leadership meetings, and external engagements
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Coordinate logistics, accommodation, and itineraries

5. Business & Project Support

  • Track high-priority projects and CMD-driven initiatives
  • Coordinate across group companies for reviews and updates
  • Support investor, banker, legal, and government interactions
  • Assist in special assignments and urgent business matters

  • High level of discretion, maturity, and professionalism
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage dynamic priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and reporting tools
  • Executive presence and relationship management skills

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Commerce, or related field
  • MBA preferred

Candidate Profile (Preferred)

  • Male candidate with experience in corporate / group organizations
  • Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or diversified business groups preferred
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required

Reporting To

Chairman & Managing Director (CMD)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
