Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant (Male)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Min. 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Business Heads, Departmental managers and Leadership for MIS preparation, review meetings, and MoM follow-ups.
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for senior leadership.
Handle travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics.
Ensure smooth and effective communication across departments and teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Track and monitor project timelines, ensuring timely completion and escalation where required.

Required Candidate Profile:

MIS Management: Proficient in preparing, maintaining, and updating MIS reports with accuracy and timely submission.
Meeting Support: Skilled in organizing review meetings, preparing MoM, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Calendar & Travel Management: Expertise in scheduling, planning itineraries, and arranging travel.
Prior EA Experience: Previously worked as an Executive Assistant and clearly understands EA responsibilities.
Hands-on EA Skills: Experience in handling core EA tasks such as drafting emails, preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and supporting daily operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
