Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CMD, managing schedules, communications and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CMD’s calendar, travel and meetings
  • Handle correspondence, reports and confidential documents
  • Coordinate meetings, board discussions and follow-ups
  • Track key action items and initiatives


Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience as EA to senior leadership
  • Strong communication, organization and MS Office skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
