Executive Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and schedule team meetings.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate collaboration on various marketing initiatives.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CMO.
• Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other documents.
• Prepare materials for the marketing team, including briefing documents, updates, and status reports.
• Organize and maintain data and performance metrics related to marketing campaigns.
• Book and coordinate travel arrangements for the CMO, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Skills and Qualities:

• Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals, both inside and outside of the organization.
• Accurate document preparation, meeting minutes, and data management are crucial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace etc.
• Candidate should have completed master’s.

Experience

3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives in marketing or related functions.
