Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder Location: Mumbai (On-site) Compensation: Upto ₹6 LPA (depending on experience and fit) About the Role: We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing organization that collaborates with global technology companies to drive business transformation and innovation. The role of the Executive Assistant to the Founder is crucial to ensuring operational efficiency, managing day-to-day priorities, and acting as a key enabler in a dynamic work environment. About the Company: The company is a key player in the tech and innovation space, working with industry leaders to implement cutting-edge solutions. It’s a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that values collaboration, growth, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1.Calendar and Schedule Management: Proactively manage the Founder’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize tasks and ensure efficient time management. 2.Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder. Draft, review, and organize correspondence, presentations, and other communications. 3.Office Operations: Assist with managing day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth operations. Liaise with various teams to address operational and logistical requirements. 4.People Management Support: Support the Founder in addressing team-related matters when needed. Help maintain a productive and positive work culture. 5.Project Assistance: Track the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-ups on deliverables. Take ownership of ad-hoc projects assigned by the Founder. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally working closely with a senior leader. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Proficiency in tools like MS Office and project management platforms. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach. Experience in office operations or people management is a plus. Why join?
