•Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments
•Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents•Act as a gatekeeper for communications, emails, and calls•Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address priorities
•Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executives, board members, clients, and partners
•Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO•Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and follow-ups
•Organize and maintain confidential files and records
•Track action items and ensure timely completion
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
