Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to CEO, located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing the CEO’s diary, preparing expense reports, and coordinating schedules. The role involves handling daily executive administrative responsibilities, supporting the CEO with high-level tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The selected candidate will also assist with communication management and act as a key point of contact for the CEO.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Expertise in Executive Support tasks, such as managing high-level operations and communications
Experience with Diary Management and scheduling
Competence in preparing and handling Expense Reports
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
