Key Responsibilities Purchase of Consumables, Finished Goods & Packaging Materials as per production requirements. Purchase Order Generation and ensuring accuracy in specifications, terms & conditions. Vendor Development: Insearch / introducing new vendors to ensure competitive pricing & quality supply. MIS & Reporting: Prepare monthly data / reports of all purchase activities. Vendor Coordination: Regular follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Stores Coordination: Work closely with Stores team for material receipts and issue resolution. Stock Management: Assist in stock tally, monitoring shortages and ensuring availability. Skills & Competencies Good knowledge of consumables, packaging, and finished goods procurement. Strong negotiation & vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel / SAP for data & report preparation. Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and follow-up skills.
