Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all communication and correspondence for the CEO’s office
  • Draft, review, and prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Track follow-ups, deadlines, and ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient flow of information
  • Support marketing and operational initiatives led by the CEO’s office
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA with 0-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Marketing and Operations background is mandatory (media or corporate environment preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
