Key Responsiblities:
Lead and manage the YouTube content team, including anchors and video editors.
Conceptualize and develop innovative video ideas aligned with audience interests and platform trends.
Oversee the end-to-end content production process: scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and promotion.
Maintain and improve content quality, style, and brand consistency across all videos.
Monitor channel performance using analytics (views, watch time, engagement, retention) and optimize content strategies accordingly.
Mentor team members, providing feedback, training, and guidance to ensure professional growth and high performance.
Keep track of trending topics, emerging YouTube trends, and competitor content to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in digital content creation, video production, or creative leadership, preferably on YouTube or digital platforms.
Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, audience behavior, and content optimization strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate original content ideas and formats.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
