Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Title: Executive Assistant (Male Only)
Location: Tilak Nagar
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year as Executive Assistant
Education: Master’s Degree (any discipline)
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and review internal and external communication, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action points.
• Support in planning and execution of events, reviews, and projects.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only.
• Master's degree is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Professional demeanor and a proactive approach.
• Must be available to join immediately.
