Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant (Male Only)
Location: Tilak Nagar
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year as Executive Assistant
Education: Master’s Degree (any discipline)
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and review internal and external communication, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action points.
Support in planning and execution of events, reviews, and projects.

Requirements:

Male candidates only.
Master's degree is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Professional demeanor and a proactive approach.
Must be available to join immediately.
