Job Description

Job Summary: Student Trainer will be responsible for creativity and resourceful in adapting instructional strategies to meet unique student needs. Design positive approaches and proactive interventions advancing learner engagement and communication improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Providing training sessions as per modules for English Language, Visa Interviews, etc to the students for respective countries and sharing feedbacks, advice in group or individually 2. Creating and developing appropriate learning materials like presentations, handouts, case studies, practical assignments, etc 3. Organizing workshops, training sessions on a need basis. 4. Collaborating with other department and other staff members to develop improved curriculum, processes, training plans and assessments techniques. 5. Setting periodic goals for students, and providing advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry practices through self learning method 7. Developing new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience. 8. Keeping abreast of developments in teaching as well as your relevant subject area.
