Job Description

Looking for a reliable, self-motivated Office Admin / Executive Assistant to manage office operations, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day coordination across multiple business entities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administration, files, emails, records
  • Prepare MIS, reports, letters & presentations (Excel / Word / PPT)
  • Use Google tools & ChatGPT for drafting, research, summaries
  • Follow-ups on tasks, compliance, schedules, reminders
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, internal teams
  • Diary work, monitoring pending matters
  • Support management across businesses

Skills Required

  • Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good computer & internet skills
  • Comfortable using ChatGPT / Google tools
  • Organized, disciplined, good follow-up
  • Clear communication (written & verbal)

Qualification

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • 3–7 years admin / office experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
